Carl Henry began his career in the competitive world of commission sales. Fresh out of college, and with no prior training, he quickly realized that he’d need to become a stronger salesperson if he was going to survive in the profession, much less make a decent living. So, over the next few years, Carl took in as many books, seminars, and lessons on selling as he could. Within a couple of years, his commissions - and reputation - were climbing.
By studying his own success, and the techniques of others, Carl soon realized that the top producers in sales and most other fields were following simple systems that allowed them to outperform their peers. He began making notes on these methods and started sharing them with others. The result has been a number of groundbreaking programs in sales and customer service.
